Jeannie Hathaway

Jeannie Hathaway is the owner/operator of Deadline Data, with over twenty years of administrative and secretarial experience in project, office, and contract administration, accounting, payroll, cost and quality control, as well as training and formation of ISO procedural manuals. Jeannie has received extensive training in office management and staffing with Career Track, Dale Carnegie, ISO 9001 Audit training, as well as various in-house training programs.

Professional experience includes working closely with engineering, procurement and construction groups in the oil and gas field (on shore/off shore), financial institutions, government agencies, information technology, medical, accounting, environmental and employment agencies.

Jeannie Hathaway is a member of IVAA (International Virtual Assistants Association).

Patrick Hathaway

Patrick Hathaway brings over 20 years experience in telecommunications systems, wireless development and project management. Experienced in direct customer engagement, needs assessment, product and program definition, team management, delivery, and business planning, Patrick brings senior management experience and professional program management expertise to the Deadline Data team.

Specific program experience includes hardware and software design, operations startup and optimization, manufacturing transfer, services definition and deployment, customer services support, and sales support.

Projects range from small (3-5 team members) short term deliveries, to large (over 200 team members) multi-year programs. Working with direct and in-direct teams, local or remote, in-house or with 3rd party vendors, Patrick has brought program excellence and success to many forms and types of projects.
